the 2010 Census
First In Orange partnered with the 2010 Census.
From October 2009 until March 2010 teens and volunteers gave
away Back Packs which was sponsored by the Census. The Back Packs had census materials enclosed and
the slogan,"First In Orange teens have better things to do than drugs and alcohol" along with the slogan "Proud partner
of the 2010 Census" written on each bag. This message was shared with the community when these back packs were
given out in the shopping district.
With the support of the census the teens and volunteers gave away
2000 bags.
